Technical process
The raw material get into vibrating feeder the useless big stone in size over 8cm to get rid then well distributed by shaking feeder transporting by belt conveyor to reamer trommel screen then to be classified into 3 size,the small size(sand size),the medium size and big size,the one in big size is useless directly transported to scrap area;
The medium size of gravel transporting to destination area by belt conveyor;
The small size of sand transported to feed hopper of another car by conveyor then washed and cleaned by 3set wheel sand washing machine,then the clean sand to transported to destination area by conveyor.
